Vincent Van Gogh at Montmartre

Vincent had liked Montmartre since the first time he lived there in 1873.
With Theo, they rented a flat on the fourth floor, at the foot of Montmartre. He liked inviting painters there, and would make his own gallery.
The mound wasn’t much urbanized yet, and there were a lot of windmills which Vincent would paint.
